Flow will deliver many water and wastewater capital projects primarily in Brampton, covering an approximate geographical area from Steeles Avenue in the south, Williams Parkway in the north, Mississauga Road in the west, and Torbram Road to the east.
The Program will strengthen the systems that provide our growing communities with high-quality tap water and wastewater services.
Kennedy Road Sanitary Trunk Sewer project 24-2593
The Kennedy Road Sanitary Trunk Sewer Project (Kennedy Road) is located between Old School Road in Caledon and Etobicoke Creek and Kennedy Road South (north of Highway 407) in Brampton. Upon completion, Kennedy Road will support sufficient sewer capacity to meet future demands, protecting the environment and supporting growth in the City of Brampton and Town of Caledon.

Williams Parkway Watermain project 14-1256
The Williams Parkway Watermain Project (Williams Parkway) will construct a sub-transmission watermain to connect the existing West Brampton Pumping Station and Reservoir to the new East Brampton transmission main being constructed along Dixie Road. This new watermain will facilitate the Region’s water transfer requirements and provide the required level of service to support growth in the City of Brampton. It will also support the Region's water resiliency goals to provide a reliable water supply.
An upcoming project Public Information Centre is taking place on June 19, 2025.

Beckett Sproule to East Brampton Reservoir Transmission Main project 14-1240
The Beckett Sproule to East Brampton Reservoir Transmission Main Project (East Brampton) is a new watermain installation, consisting of two contracts:
Contract 1 is in construction and is taking place from Dixie Road from Clark Boulevard to North Park Drive.
Contract 2 is nearing the end of investigation and detailed design. The area under construction will be from Heart Lake Road S from South of Glidden Road to Clark Boulevard, and Clark Boulevard from Heart Lake Road S to Dixie Road.
Coordination is ongoing with the Williams Parkway Project.

The Hansen, Orenda and Rutherford Sewer Replacement Project is a sanitary sewer project to upsize the wastewater infrastructure along Rutherford Road South from Glidden Road to Archdekin Drive, and along Hansen Road South from Rutherford Road South to Queen Street East in the City of Brampton.
Baker Road and Colony Court Watermain Replacement project 25-1340A
Colony Court Watermain Replacement Project includes the replacement of a watermain along Colony Court, between Summerlea Road to the Cul De Sac.

Downtown Brampton MTSA Area Feasibility Study for Water and Wastewater
A sanitary sewer feasibility study for the Major Transit Station Area (MTSA) in Downtown Brampton will be completed. Following completion of this study, construction of a new sanitary sewer along the old Orangeville-Brampton Railway corridor and adjacent streets, including George St, Nelson St and Church St, to enhance the sanitary trunk capacity for the downtown corridor, will be completed.
As part of the Downtown Brampton MTSA Water Capacity improvements, a review of the preferred routing of the new watermain for the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA) will be completed. Following completion of this review, construction of a new watermain on Church St, from Center St to Mill St, and along Mill St from Church St to Queen St will be completed.
Denison Avenue and West Street Sewer Replacement and Watermain Extension project 25-2300
This project includes construction of a sanitary sewer to replace the existing infrastructure along Denison Avenue from west of West Street to Park Street and on West Street to Railroad Street. Construction also includes the replacement of a watermain east of Denison Avenue from Park Street to a private property.
Salisbury Circle Watermain Replacement
Replacement of the watermain along the full loop of Salisbury Circle, from its intersection with Beech St.
Watermain Installation and Replacement on Clark Blvd project 25-1159
Installation of a new watermain along Clark Blvd from Dixie Rd to Bramalea Rd. Replacement of the existing watermain on Clark Blvd, from Dixie Rd to Central Park Dr, and from Bramalea Rd to Finchgate Blvd.
Watermain on Creditview Road project 25-1140
Construction of a watermain on Creditview Rd from the watermain on Williams Parkway to the watermain on Queen St W.
Watermain on Clark Boulevard from Rutherford Road to Hansen Road South project 20-1157
The City of Brampton is extending Clark Blvd from Rutherford Dr to Hansen Rd to create a new road. To optimize this work and reduce overall impacts to the neighbourhood, Peel is working with the City to install a watermain and extend the sanitary sewer under the extended road.The watermain will provide water services to proposed properties along the new road and additional support to the local water system. Improvements will also be made to Eastern Ave.
Ray Lawson Road Sanitary Sewer Replacement
Replacement of the existing sanitary sewer along County Court Blvd from Havelock Dr to Main St, and Turtlecreek Blvd to Main St; along Ray Lawson Rd from Main St to Malta Ave; along Malta Ave from Ray Lawson Rd to Sir Lou Dr; and along Sir Lou Dr from Main St to Malta Ave.
Peel Centre Drive Sanitary Sewer Replacement
Replacement of the existing sanitary sewer and service pipes along the Peel Centre Dr right-of-way, from the Spring Creek sanitary sewer on Central Park Dr, west to the bend at 46 Peel Centre Dr.

Installation of a new watermain along Centre St, from Williams Parkway to John St, to improve water supply to Downtown Brampton.
Church Street Watermain (SOGR) Replacement / Rehabilitation project 24-1340
Replacement of the existing watermain on Church St, from Thomas St to Ken Whillans Dr, and Main St, from Victoria Terrace to Church St.

Construction of a watermain on Queen St E from Kennedy Rd to the existing watermain west of Highway 410.
