Notice of Public Information Centre 1 – Flow | Central Brampton Featured Projects

    Body

    Background

Peel is growing, and we want to ensure our community remains a great place to live, work and play. Peel’s Flow | Central Brampton Program is advancing 30+ essential water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the city over the next decade.

The province has committed to building 1.5 million more homes in Ontario over the next decade—with 113,000 in Brampton. These provincial housing targets have drastically increased the demand for water, wastewater and road infrastructure.

Flow | Central Brampton will meet these demands by combining more than 30 water and wastewater projects into one large-scale construction program across Brampton, including the 11 projects being featured at this PIC.

    Public Information Centre #1

Join us for the upcoming Flow | Central Brampton Featured Projects Public Information Centre (PIC) #1, where we will showcase 11 ongoing water and wastewater infrastructure projects in Central Brampton, providing an overview of what to expect through design and construction, and when work is expected in your area.

    • When: Wednesday, December 3, 2025, from 5 to 8 p.m.
    • Where: Jim Archdekin Recreation Centre, Auditorium (292 Conestoga Drive, Brampton)

The PIC provides opportunities to learn more about Flow | Central Brampton and each featured project, share feedback and ask questions. This includes:

    • What’s happening in your area: Project timelines, locations, and types of work.
    • How these projects connect: How coordinated construction methods reduce disruptions and support long-term system reliability.
    • What’s next: Upcoming design and construction activities and how you can stay informed and provide feedback.

    Featured projects include:

    • Cathedral Road, Crestview Avenue, Avonmore Street and Bartley Bull Avenue Sanitary Sewer Replacement (Project 22-2300 A2)
