    4. Vaccines: for health professionals

    Register to order vaccines

To order routine, influenza, RSV, and COVID-19 vaccines you need to have an account in the Peel Health Professionals Portal.

Complete these steps to enroll in Peel Public Health’s vaccination program.

    Step 1: Inspection

A Public Health Nurse (PHN) must complete an inspection of the fridge you plan to store vaccines. A PHN will advise on the required steps for your office to prepare for inspection.

Email Vaccine Management or call 905-791-7800 ext. 2840 to set up an inspection date.

    Step 2: Registration

Once your office passes inspection, you are provided with an RMP code (a unique 5-digit number). This code is required to complete the registration form on the Peel Health Professionals Portal.

    Complete registration

    Step 3: Confirmation email

Your registration form will be processed in 2 business days. Once complete, you will receive a registration confirmation email.

Once registered with our vaccine program, you may also onboard to order and administer COVID-19 vaccines.

Step 1: Complete the onboarding form

Physician-led practices must complete the onboarding form to enroll in the COVID-19 vaccine program.

    Complete onboarding

    Step 2: Onboarding confirmation email

Once the onboarding form is received, await and review confirmation of the onboarding email titled "Action required: COVID-19 vaccination onboarding. Case number XXXXXXX. [ref:!XXXXXXXXXXXX:ref]."

Step 3:  Review and sign Memorandum of Understanding

All physicians who will administer COVID-19 vaccines or provide medical directives to trained staff must review and sign a Memorandum of Understanding agreement ("MOU") with Peel Public Health.

This MOU must be completed for physician-led clinics who will administer COVID-19 vaccinations in the Peel Region using the Provincial COVID-19 Vaccine Solution-COVaxON for the use, storage and recording of vaccine.

    Learn how to use COVax.

Once you have received your confirmation email, you can begin ordering vaccines.

Orders are processed in 5 business days and can either be picked up at one of our pickup locations selected at the time of ordering or you can enroll in the paid-delivery program service provided by Critical Path Ltd.

Complete and submit the Critical Path Account Activation Form to enroll in the vaccine paid-delivery program.

Vaccine Management will provide your account number by email if you choose the delivery option. The delivery schedule is available on the Peel Health Professionals Portal when placing your order.

Any holiday delivery schedule changes will be shared in our Health Professionals Updates and email.

For support, email the Vaccine Management Order Desk.
