Services to help Peel Living tenants pay utilities
including water, electricity, and natural gas.
As a tenant who pays utilities, it’s your responsibility to ensure that utility companies have the correct billing information, and that your bills are paid in full each month.
To avoid a large utility bill, we recommend that you complete regular checks to make sure that your toilet and sinks are not leaking or running excessively, your lights are not on when you are not home, and that you keep your rental home at a reasonable temperature.
If a repair is needed, submit a maintenance request to arrange for inspection and repairs.

If you live in Peel and are not receiving OW or ODSP, complete the housing screening tool, or call 905-453-1300.
