Who can submit a request:
- Peel Living tenants and household members who are listed in the tenant file.
- An authorized third party (person) with a completed Peel Living Third Party Authorization on file.

How to submit a request
Non-emergency maintenance request
To request a non-emergency, regular maintenance request call 905-790-7335, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or submit a non-emergency request online.
Report an emergency maintenance situation
This includes immediate health and safety risks, emergency plumbing, electrical, or property damage. Contact your superintendent immediately or call 905-790-7335, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Apply for parking
Parking spots cost:
- $100 a month for underground
- $90 for above ground
- $100 a month for Riley Court
Complete the form when applying for Peel Living parking or making changes to your parking.
Book a common room
Complete the booking form to request the use of your building's common room (formerly known as party rooms). Depending on the type of event, there may be a booking fee. The cost will be provided at the time of booking.
Book an elevator
You can book an elevator when moving in or moving out of Peel Living buildings. Let your Tenancy Support Agent or Superintendent know at least 60 days before your move-out date.
