- Expanded mental health supports for Paramedics staff and their families, driving a 56% increase in access to services
- Engaged the next generation through Peel’s Take Our Kids to Work Day, where 91 students explored Peel careers through skill building activities and site tours
- Peel Celebrates Employee Awards recognized 86 recipients, selected from 289 nominations recognizing more than 1,400 staff, reflecting a strong culture of peer recognition and care and support
- Hosted Peel Region’s People Leadership Forum, energizing and inspiring over 700 People Leaders at the 10-year milestone of Peel’s Strategic Plan and Vision of Community for Life
