Health and well-being
Our flexible work culture, wellness programs, and regular satisfaction surveys reflect our commitment to your physical and psychological health.
Flexibility and hybrid offices
Our flexible work culture recognizes the importance of work/life balance.
Work and life balance are important, so we provide an inclusive, vibrant organizational culture and flexible ways of working that support health and well-being.
Through our flexible workplace practices, we’ve re-defined "how" employees work.
Depending on the role, we offer flexible hours and 2 different ways to work: onsite or hybrid. Employees are required to work onsite for a minimum of 2 days per week. Each work mode depends on the role and its operational requirements.
These work modes let you manage and combine personal and professional responsibilities while meeting operational requirements and customer service expectations.
Healthy workplace
We've built a healthy workplace program that’s based on the National Quality Institute (NQI) and Health Canada model.
Psychological health and safety
We’ve committed to our employees’ well-being through a positive workplace culture and a psychologically healthy and safe workplace.
We embrace the National Standard of Canada for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace released by the Canadian Standards Association (CSA Group) and the Mental Health Commission of Canada, which is made up of 13 workplace factors.
This standard is the foundation of our "Me, We, Us" workplace psychological health and safety strategy.
Employee and Family Assistance Program
Our employees and their eligible family members can access confidential professional counselling and a free 24/7 referral service.
