Housing subsidy decision appeals
These are appeals for Community Housing, Housing Services Act subsidies decisions. Also called rent geared to income (RGI) subsidies.
You can request an appeal if you believe the legislation or the policy has not been followed correctly regarding a decision that has been made about your housing subsidy application for RGI, or the calculation of your RGI rent. You will need to meet the eligibility for decisions that can be appealed.
RGI appeals apply to applicants on the centralized wait list or households receiving RGI subsidy.
