You have the right to access and correct information within your housing client record.
Accessing your personal information
Submit your access or corrections request in writing. Make sure to provide enough detail with your request and to help staff to locate your housing client record.
You should receive a response within 30 days unless a notice of extension is issued under Ontario privacy laws.
Before giving you access to your client record, we will ask to verify your identity.
When we can disclose your personal information
With your consent, your personal information may be shared with other housing-related service providers to give you care and services. Your personal information may be shared for the purposes of case conferencing, to provide you with the services you need to obtain stable housing, and to support your health and wellbeing.
Non-identifiable information may be used for administration, evaluation, strategic planning, program improvement, decision-making, research, and sharing of resources.

Privacy complaints to the Privacy Commissioner of Ontario
