Creating an account for faster access
Peel residents can create an online account to access various services. Clear guidelines for creating, signing in, and managing an account are also available online.
The updated access to digital services provides an improved resident experience with an easy, modern, and secure sign-in process that meets:
- Accessibility requirements for the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
- The compliance requirements for Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 Level AA.
