Using your Peel Region account
Your personal Peel Region account:
- Gives you convenient, secure access to many Peel Region services.
- Makes transactions faster.
- Allows you to track your requests and applications.
Access your Peel Region account
Creating an account
Creating your Peel Region account is simple.
- Access our Peel Region account page.
- Enter your information, then select “Register”.
- Check your email for a message from Peel Region with the subject “Confirm your email.” Select the link to verify your email address.
- You’ll be prompted to set a password.
- Select “Change Password” to complete the registration process.
Troubleshooting
- The confirmation email should arrive in your inbox. You should receive a confirmation email right away. If you do not receive an email, it does not arrive in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. If you do not receive a confirmation email after 5 minutes, try registering again.
- If you try to create an account with an email address that’s already in our system, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how to sign in to your existing account.
Signing in to your account
Once you’ve created an account, signing in is easy.
- Visit the Peel Region account homepage and select “Sign in” from the top navigation bar.
- Enter your email address and select “Sign in.”
- Check your email inbox for a message from Peel Region with the subject “Your verification code.” This message will contain a 6-digit code.
- Enter the verification code.
Troubleshooting
- You should receive a verification email right away. If it doesn’t arrive in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
- If you don’t receive the verification code after 5 minutes, select the “Resend verification code” link. If you still don’t get the code, return to Sign into your account and enter your email address again. Check to ensure the email you’re entering is the one you used to register.
- If the verification code doesn’t work, check that you’re using the code from the most-recent email.
Managing your account
Changing your personal information
- To access your personal information, such as your name and email, visit the Peel Region account homepage and select “Sign in.”
- After signing in, “Profile” in the top navigation bar.

Changing your password
Your password isn’t normally needed to sign in to your account, but you can reset it at any time.
To change your password:
- Visit the Peel Region account homepage and select “Sign in.”
- After signing in, select “Profile” in the top navigation bar.
- Select “Reset my password.” A pop-up box will appear.
- In the pop-up box, select “Continue with password reset.”
- Check your inbox for an email from Peel Region with the subject “Reset your Peel Region password.”
- Follow the reset password link in the email to set a new password.
Closing an account
You can deactivate (close) your account if you wish.
Deactivating your account won’t delete any existing requests or applications, but it will remove your online access.
