Process Automation and Instrumentation Design Standards (PAIDS)
Our PAIDS program documents the requirements for all Wastewater and Water and Landfill Systems in Peel Region.
PAIDS standardizes automation and Operational Technology design, products, construction, and computer programming to minimize costs of ongoing operations, maintenance, and upgrades.
Our Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) department is responsible for the controls and infrastructure for Peel Region’s water and wastewater resources.
Requesting a copy of PAIDS
To receive a copy of PAIDS you must:
- Be either contracted to or bidding a Peel project.
- Include the Peel Project name in your request email.
- Include either the Project manager contact information or Peel Project Request for Proposal or Request for Tender number in your request email.
To request a copy of PAIDS, email the SCADA Administrator for Water and Wastewater Treatment.
