How to report a waste collection by-law violation
To report a by-law violation, you’ll need to complete and submit a form with the following information:
- The type of violation; for example, illegal dumping, leaving empty bins at the curb for an extended time, placing the bin at the curb too early, or someone scavenging the contents of a bin.
