Formal complaint
To make a formal complaint you must have already submitted a complaint about a Peel Region employee or representative, service, or program, and you are not satisfied with the response you received.
If this is the case, you can make a formal complaint about:
- Peel Region programs, facilities, services, operational procedures and employees.
- The action (or lack of action) taken by Peel Region or by a person acting on behalf of Peel Region.
Do not submit a formal complaint if you have a damage or injury claim. If you feel Peel Region is to blame for vehicle or property damage or personal injury, submit a damage or injury claim.
