Project 14-1240 - November 10, 2022 update
Regarding the above mentioned project we would like to provide the following update. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control the schedule for the above works has been impacted and will be revised as detailed below.
The properties that currently have their existing fences taken down and have temporary fencing installed will have the noise wall panels installed commencing the week of November 14th.
For those properties where no work has been commenced so far these noise wall installations will be undertaken in 2023 starting in April. We will provide an update prior to commencement of this work.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work through these challenges.
We’d like to remind you that, in order to complete the Works, the Contractor will require short-term, intermittent access to your Property, to conduct one or more of the following tasks:
- Remove any remaining vegetation, fencing and other improvements at the rear (and/or side) of your Property;
- Construct temporary fencing to isolate the required construction area from the remainder of the rear yard;
- Construct the Noise Wall; and
- Restore any impacted areas
What are we doing during construction

- removal and disposal of existing noise wall and/or fence;
