BRAMPTON, ON (October 12) – Peel Region invites the community to get a behind the scenes look at how their tap water is treated and cleaned at the Arthur. P. Kennedy Water Treatment Plant.

Location: 920 East Avenue, Mississauga

The open house showcases how the state-of-the art plant treats and distributes 570 million litres of safe, quality drinking water to Peel homes, schools, and workplaces each day.

The event is being held in recognition of Imagine a Day Without Water an international day that raises awareness about the value of water as an essential resource.

We are proud to provide these vital services that touch the community every day. In a world where many don’t have has access to clean, safe drinking water and are impacted by climate change we will continue to protect this valuable resource and deliver clean water for life.
