- BounceBack Ontario provides professional support over the phone and through online videos. They give you access to tools that help you on your path to mental wellbeing. This is not a counselling or crisis service.

- It offers a wide variety of high-quality services for infants, children, youth, young adults (25 years or younger), and their families or caregivers, if they are experiencing emotional challenges like difficulties with their feelings, relationships, or behaviour.
