Service Experience and Client Satisfaction Survey to seek input from Peel residents

Brampton, ON - (May 31, 2022) – Beginning June 6, 2022, the Region of Peel will launch an online and phone survey to the public to gather feedback on Regional services. The survey connects to one of the Term of Council priorities which is Improve Service and Confidence, and this priority focuses on feedback from residents.

Through a random sample, the Region will contact Peel residents, including Peel Living tenants, from June 6 to June 29. Residents will have the option to complete the 15-minute survey online or through the phone. The Region has secured Advanis as the third-party research firm to conduct the survey.

The general Peel population randomly selected to take the survey will receive either a landline or cell phone call. The Region is aiming to receive approximately 3,000 survey responses. If you are contacted on your landline phone, the caller display will show RegionOfPeel. Peel Living tenants will receive an email invitation from survey+peelregion@advanis.net or a phone call.

To plan for service improvements, the Region is looking for feedback on services that are delivered to the general population, such as curbside pick-up, Community Recycling Centres, water and wastewater, and Mass Vaccination Program.

The survey results will inform continuous improvements in Regional services and will support staff as they continue to build resident confidence in those services. The previous survey to Peel residents was completed in 2017. Going forward, the Region will issue a survey every year to ensure regular monitoring of all Regional services.
