Street outreach
The Peel Outreach team is a responsive, mobile, multi-disciplinary team that meets people where they are at.
The team works in partnership with community agencies to provide support, advocacy, and referrals to help people with their basic needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

- Substance use harm reduction staff
- Family transitional outreach staff
- Housing support worker
Referral and advocacy is available for:

- Emergency shelter
- Employment
- Mental health and addictions supports
