Tenant Engagement Community Fund
The Tenant Engagement Community Fund was created with input from Peel Living tenants, to improve tenant support activities. These funds are open to Peel Living tenants to plan tenant led initiatives or events at your sites.
If you have an idea for an event or initiative that can help better your Peel Living community, you may qualify to receive up to $1,000 with committee approval.

Applications can be submitted twice a year between:
- May 1 to 31 for funds that can be used between July and December in the same year.
- November 1 to 30 for funds that can be used between January and June the next year.
Eligibility
The May 2026 submission period is only open to tenants of Peel Living buildings with an available common room.

How to submit the application
- Drop off at the Superintendent’s office in your building.
- Drop off at Service Peel location (10 Peel Centre Drive, Brampton, or 7120 Hurontario Street, Mississauga).
