    Credit River Way applications

    How to apply to live at Credit River Way affordable rental housing in Port Credit, Mississauga.

    Credit River Way is a new 7-storey apartment building with studios, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units for individuals and families. There are a limited number of barrier free units modified for wheelchair users available.

    The rental units do not come with parking, and there is no parking available for rent.

    Application deadline

    Complete an expression of interest form by March 16, 2026.

    Credit River Way is a new 7-storey apartment building with studios, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units for individuals and families. There are a limited number of barrier free units modified for wheelchair users available.

    The rental units do not come with parking, and there is no parking available for rent.

    Rental rates

    Credit River Way provides an affordable rental opportunity for Peel residents. Rental rates are determined by unit size and gross household income.

    There are a limited number of units available at each rental rate. Rental rates do not include hydro.

    All successful applicants will be required to set up hydro for their unit with Carma utilities. Income ranges will be assessed with the rental application, credit check and landlord history.

    Rental policies

    All rental units at Credit River Way are subject to the Housing in Peel policy regarding occupancy standards.

    Credit River Way is a smoke-free building, this policy is strictly enforced.

    Tenant insurance

    Tenant insurance is a requirement in Peel Living’s lease agreement. Information on tenant insurance options is available on the Peel Living website. Proof of insurance is required prior to moving in and will need to be updated each year.

    Application process

    Review the above criteria carefully to check for eligibility before completing the expression of interest Form. It’s important that all information provided is accurate as it will be used to conduct a preliminary screening of the applicants’ eligibility for the unit size they are applying for.

    If you need parking, do not apply to this listing, as there is no parking available with these rental units.

    Eligible applicants who completed the expression of interest form will be randomly selected to complete a rental application. The contact information provided in the expression of interest will be used to contact you.  

    Applicants will be asked to provide:

    • Household income
    • Housing history including landlord references
    • Verification of household assets
    • Consent to a credit check

    Peel Living will only contact applicants selected to complete the full rental application. Do not reach out to follow up on your application unless contacted directly by a representative of Peel Living.

    The website will be updated to reflect the building vacancy status.

    Application deadline
