Transitional housing offers structure, supervision, support, and life skills to help people go from homelessness to permanent housing.

Genesis Lodge
The programs are clients residing at Genesis Lodge and take place Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. There are no drop-ins currently available. We are located downtown Brampton, close to medical clinics, Peel Memorial Urgent Care, public transit, the YMCA, and shopping.
Offers:
- Wellness and life skills program every 2 weeks.
- Medication symptoms management program twice monthly.
- Weight management and smoking cessation program monthly.
- Activities and outings weekly.
- Bible study weekly.

Peel Youth Village
Provides stable transitional housing and support services for youth between 16 and 24 years for a maximum of 18 months. Find out how to apply.
Birch Place
Offers transitional housing for youth ages 16 to 24, with targeted services and support for a maximum of 18 months.
St. Leonard's Place
Provides residential support for men 18 years or older who have significant mental health or substance abuse problems, as well as those who’ve been involved in the justice system. St. Leonard's Place offers 3 streams of housing programs.
Armagh House
Offers is a transitional supportive housing program. They offer secure and affordable housing to abused women and their children, for extended periods of time. Learn more about Armagh House.
Oliver House
Offers permanent housing, room and board, personal support, and assistance with activities of daily living for vulnerable adults with limited financial resources. This support is crucial, as without it, these individuals risk facing significant health issues and potential loss of their housing.
Specifically designed for those who do not qualify for long-term care, Oliver House serves as a safe and affordable home for tenants requiring supervision and assistance. Peel Region’s supportive housing program aims to help individuals with serious mental illness achieve and maintain stability by offering appropriate housing and support services. We collaborate with community agencies, including Oliver House, to provide vital services to individuals experiencing serious mental health challenges or may be experiencing homelessness.
The program also provides opportunities for tenants to enhance their daily living quality, personal growth, and life skills through various activities and programs, all while ensuring that those in need of 24-hour supportive care receive essential housing, meals, and services.

Email oliverhousecorbett@gmail to request a residential home referral application. Once complete, you will send the form back by email or fax: 519-927-5677.
If you need help completing the referral form, call 519-927-5285 for support. If after the initial screening you meet the criteria, you will be scheduled for an intake appointment, where further information may be gathered. If you continue to meet the criteria for Oliver House, the home operator will be in contact to schedule a tour and finalize the application process.
