Caledon Senior Buildings applications

Market priced rental units are now available in the Caledon area for seniors 65 years and older. These buildings are located across Caledon, through Caledon Village, and Bolton areas.

Public transportation is not available in these areas, and the rental units do not come with parking.

Rental information

• Above ground parking spaces are available at $55 per month
• Fridge and stove are provided
• Parking available for purchase
• Utilities are included
• Phone, TV, and internet are the responsibility of the tenant

Rental rates

Available rental units range from $1,066 to $1,451 per month

All rents are subject to an annual percentage increase as outlined by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing.

Rental policies

Caledon Senior is a smoke-free building, this policy is strictly enforced.

Washer, dryers, and dishwashers are prohibited in the unit, this includes portable machines.

Tenant insurance

Tenant insurance is a requirement in Peel Living’s lease agreement. Information on tenant insurance options is available on the Peel Living website. Proof of insurance is required prior to moving in and will need to be updated each year.

Application process

Eligible applicants who completed the expression of interest form will be randomly selected to complete a rental application. The contact information provided in the expression of interest will be used to contact you.

Applicants will be asked to provide:

• Household income
• Housing history including landlord references
• Verification of household assets
• Consent to a credit check

Peel Living will only contact applicants selected to complete the full rental application. Do not reach out to follow up on your application unless contacted directly by a representative of Peel Living.
