    How to apply to live at 360 City Centre Drive Peel Living affordable housing in Mississauga

    360 City Centre Drive by Daniels is located in the heart of Mississauga between Confederation Parkway and Living Arts Drive. The building features open concept layouts and bright spaces within walking distance to Square One Shopping Centre, Mississauga Celebration Square, Mississauga Library and other community amenities. The central location is close to highways and multiple public transportation routes for easy commuter access.

    Application deadline

    Complete an expression of interest form by March 16, 2026.

    Rental rates

    360 City Centre Drive provides an affordable rental opportunity for Peel residents.

    Rental rates are determined by unit size and gross household income.

    Above fair market rentals

    Above Fair Market Value prices have been designed to align with the private rental market for the area. To qualify, applicants will need a minimum monthly income of $7,000 per month.

    All rents are subject to an annual percentage increase as outlined by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing.

    Needs Based Portable Housing Subsidy (NBPS) and the Canada Ontario Housing Benefit (COHB) cannot be applied to the market rent units available.

    Rental policies

    360 City Centre Drive is a smoke-free building, this policy is strictly enforced.

    Washer, dryers, and dishwashers are prohibited in the unit, this includes portable machines.

    All rental units at 360 City Centre Drive are subject to the Housing in Peel policy regarding occupancy standards.

    Rental information

    • Fridge and stove are provided
    • Parking is an additional $60 per month. Parking is limited and will be assigned at one-space per unit if available
    • Hydro is an additional cost
    • Phone, TV, and internet are the responsibility of the tenant

    Tenant insurance

    Tenant insurance is a requirement in Peel Living’s lease agreement. Information on tenant insurance options is available on the Peel Living website. Proof of insurance is required prior to moving in and will need to be updated each year.

    Application process

    Eligible applicants who completed the expression of interest form will be randomly selected to complete a rental application. The contact information provided in the expression of interest will be used to contact you.  

    Applicants will be asked to provide:

    • Household income
    • Housing history including landlord references
    • Verification of household assets
    • Consent to a credit check

    Peel Living will only contact applicants selected to complete the full rental application. Do not reach out to follow up on your application unless contacted directly by a representative of Peel Living.

    The website will be updated to reflect the building vacancy status.
