Peel Region long term care centres' Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Program is developed to streamline and consolidate continuous quality improvements at all levels of the organization to achieve optimal decision making.
The CQI program includes processes to monitor, review and improve quality improvement initiatives and activities in the centres. This will ensure the organization has a clearly defined and coordinated interdisciplinary quality improvement program to continually monitor, analyze, evaluate and improve the quality of accommodation, care, services, programs and goods provided to residents.
