Continuous quality improvement

Monitor, review and improve quality improvement initiatives and activities in our long term care centres.

Peel Region Long Term Care Centres Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Program is developed to streamline and consolidate continuous quality improvements at all levels of the organization to achieve optimal decision making.

The CQI program includes processes to monitor, review, and improve quality improvement initiatives and activities in the Centres. This will ensure the organization has a clearly defined and coordinated interdisciplinary quality improvement program to continually monitor, analyze, evaluate, and improve the quality of accommodation, care, services, programs, and goods provided to residents.
