Operator failed to discard single use disposable items immediately after the service.
Operator failed to properly clean and disinfect reusable equipment.

Details of the corrective measures
A public health inspector verbally ordered the operator to discard all used single-use items.
The operator cleaned and disinfected all reusable equipment in the presence of the inspector.
The operator was educated on the requirements of the Personal Service Settings Regulation 136/18.
The public health inspector issued an inspection report outlining required corrective measures. A Conditional Pass inspection summary sign was issued to the operator and posted at the entrance to the facility.
