Streets affected: Lakeshore Road from Jack Darling Memorial Park to Elmwood Avenue, Wesley Avenue, Pine Avenue, Front Street North
Project update
Peel Region will be installing a new watermain and large sanitary sewer along Lakeshore Road between Jack Darling Memorial Park and Elmwood Avenue, and a new sanitary sewer on Wesley Avenue from Park Street to Lakeshore Road. We will also be replacing a section of watermain between Ibar Way and Shawnmarr Road. Refer to the attached map and also our project webpage for more information.
Project Open House
Join us for an upcoming Project Open House, where we will showcase the ongoing watermain and sanitary sewer project, providing an overview of what to expect during construction and when work is expected in your area. This provides an opportunity to meet the project team and get any questions answered.
We will also share details of other upcoming projects in the area like upgrades to our Sewage Pumping Station in Jack Darling Park and development driven sanitary sewer upgrades within the Hurontario and Lakeshore area. More information for these projects can be found on their webpages.
