Project 14-1240 Nov 11, 2024 update

Streets affected: Williams Parkway west of Dixie Road

Peel Region is going to be working in your neighbourhood to replace the watermain along Williams Parkway. This work is required to maintain and improve existing water services.

At this stage in the project, temporary lane reductions will be required to complete this work.

Traffic impacts

• Westbound on Williams Parkway between Dixie Road and Howden Boulevard will be reduced to a single lane.
• These lane reductions are expected to occur from Thursday, November 14, 2024, until August 2025.

Please expect delays and choose alternate routes if possible.

We apologize for any delays or inconvenience resulting from these traffic impacts.

Pedestrian impacts

• The sidewalk will be closed on the north side of Williams Parkway between Dixie Road and Howden Boulevard.
• Pedestrians will need to use the sidewalk on the south side of Williams Parkway.
• Alternatively, pedestrians may still access Newbridge Crescent and Newcastle Crescent via the trails connecting to the sidewalk on the north side of Williams Parkway.
