Erin Mills Parkway between Britannia Road and Highway 407
The Region of Peel is undertaking a Complete Corridor Study to transform Erin Mills Parkway between Britannia Road (Regional Road 3) and Highway 407 within the City of Mississauga into a “complete street” that supports all modes of transportation.
The Study will identify and recommend an implementable design solution to improve the Erin Mills Parkway that may incorporate pedestrian and cycling infrastructure, improve intersection operations and safety for road users, speed reduction measures, and identify the need for supporting infrastructure, such as roadway resurfacing, repairing or relocating storm infrastructure, upgrading lightning, and separating cyclists from vehicle traffic (as applicable).
To support this, Study is being conducted to establish existing conditions and identify potential impacts that may result from the Study.
Although the Study is exempt from Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (2023) process, there will be upcoming opportunities for Indigenous Communities, Regulatory Agencies, other stakeholders, and the public to provide feedback.
We are interested in obtaining your comments. Should you wish to be added to the Study contact list or have any questions, please contact:
