How we evaluate our vendors
We review the performance of all our vendors to ensure they meet our standards for quality, safety, and service. Each group is assessed using criteria that reflect the type of work they provide.
Contractors
Contractors are evaluated on how well they manage projects, deliver quality work, follow health and safety requirements, and meet key milestones from project start up through completion.
Consultants
Consultants are reviewed based on their ability to communicate effectively, plan and manage work, deliver high quality results, and proactively address risks and issues throughout the project.
Vendors providing goods and/or services
Vendors supplying goods and/or services are assessed on the quality of their products or services, their commitment to safety, effective contract management, and professionalism in working with clients and the public.
