Pathway Non-Profit Community Developments Inc. of Peel provided the land for these new affordable rental homes. This third-party led project added 6 units to the lower roof level of the existing Pathway Arbour Mill, a 98-unit affordable housing building.
The City of Mississauga approved prefabricated mass timber components to be used for this project.
The Pathway Arbour Mill expansion project is an example of gentle densification, adding to an existing site and building without having an adverse impact upon adjacent properties.
