Help paramedics collect food for those in need

Peel paramedics are organizing a food drive for the Mississauga food banks. The event will take place at the Streetsville paramedic station to help neighbours who are struggling with food insecurity.
You can support this cause by making a monetary donation or by dropping off shelf-stable food items. All donations will go towards providing healthy and nutritious food to those in need.
Here is a list of:
- Canned tuna
- Juice packs
- Oil
- Baby food
- Peanut butter, canned fish, meat, beans, lentils
- Soup, stew, fruit juice, canned fruit, and vegetables
- Flour, pasta, rice, healthy cereal, macaroni and cheese
- Pasta sauce, baby food, formula, oil
In the spirit of the holiday season, anyone who donates gets to take a photo with Santa.
So, stop by and say hello!
