Request a TransHelp refund
When a passenger (or a passenger’s family member or caregiver) closes a TransHelp account, they can request a refund for all remaining funds.
It takes from 4 to 6 weeks to receive a cheque for the refund amount. This cheque will arrive by mail.

Any TransHelp passenger (or a passenger’s family member or caregiver) can request a refund.
What you need
To request a refund online you’ll need your TransHelp Client ID and access to MyTransHelp.
