BRAMPTON, ON (Jun. 11, 2026) – Peel Region's ServiceOntario Integrated Service Centre, which has provided over 10,000 transactions of provincial and municipal services since its launch, has received two prestigious awards:

  • The first award — 2026 Canadian Association of Municipal Administrators (CAMA) Collaboration Award — recognizes the Centre for exemplary partnerships that deliver meaningful improvements in public service through innovation and cooperation.
  • The Municipal Service Delivery Officials (MSDO) Award for Excellence in Collaboration, recognizes the Centre for outstanding cross-jurisdictional partnerships that enhance service delivery outcomes.

The Peel Centre was launched in April 2025 as a two-year pilot in partnership with the Ontario government. It’s a one-of-a-kind community hub which makes it easier for residents to access essential services in a single visit — reducing barriers, improving efficiency, and enhancing the overall service experience.

At the Peel Centre, residents can:

  • Apply for a new Ontario Photo Card, a new health card or update citizenship status.
  • Apply for accessible parking permits, make address and vehicle status changes, obtain used vehicle information packages, cancel licence plates, and renew commercial vehicle registrations.
  • Pay driver’s licence fines, manage licence suspensions and reinstatements, and obtain driver abstracts and histories.

The Peel Centre is located at 10 Peel Centre Dr., and is open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Peel Region’s ServiceOntario centre showcases the importance of convenient, one-stop access to essential government services. Congratulations to the Peel Region team for being recognized for their community-focused work in collaboration with the Government of Ontario to make life easier for people and businesses.
