Construction on King Street and Emil Kolb Parkway in Bolton starting soon
BRAMPTON, ON (May 25, 2026) – Residents, businesses and commuters in Bolton who travel along King Street and Emil Kolb Parkway are invited to attend an upcoming information session to learn about planned construction in the area hosted by Peel Region.
This Public Information Centre (PIC) will focus on King Street and Emil Kolb Parkway watermain and sanitary sewer infrastructure improvements — a key component of the broader Flow | South Caledon Program, a long-term capital initiative designed to expand water and wastewater services to meet current and future community needs.
Public Information Centre
- Thursday, June 4, 2026
- 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Albion Bolton Community Centre, Auditorium,150 Queen Street South, Bolton
The session will be held in an informal drop-in format. Participants can review detailed project displays, ask questions, and speak directly with representatives from Peel Region and the project team about construction plans, timelines, and potential impacts.
The project includes construction of watermain and sanitary sewer infrastructure along King Street, extending 675 metres west of Humber Station Road to Emil Kolb Parkway. The watermain will continue south along Emil Kolb Parkway to King Street West, connecting to the future Macville Booster Pump Station.
These improvements will help expand system capacity to support new neighbourhoods and business areas while maintaining safe, reliable drinking water and effective wastewater services for existing residents.
Community input is a vital part of the planning process. If you’re unable to attend, you can review PIC materials posted online following the session and submit comments or questions by July 5, 2026, via the online form.
