Submit Peel Living maintenance requests online

The way Peel Living tenants submit non-emergency, regular maintenance requests is changing.

We’re starting with 6 buildings and then expanding to all the Peel Living buildings. If you live in one of these buildings, can now submit your requests online using our secure tenant portal.

    • Bella Vista Place
    • Chapleview
    • Erindale Terrace
    • Fletcher’s View
    • Graham Court
    • Sydenham Place

    We heard you

We’re answering the call to modernize maintenance requests by moving to a paperless submission process to make easier for tenants. Submitting your requests online will also help improve communication with the Peel Living team regarding updates and reduce existing wait times to help you access the service you need faster and more efficiently.

    Peel Living tenant portal

You can submit the non-emergency, regular maintenance requests online through the new Peel Living tenant portal. You can use either your computer or mobile device. You will be able to track the status of requests using email notifications to make sure you stay updated about your request.

    Benefits of the online portal:

    • Accessibility and convenience: Submit maintenance requests from a computer or mobile device anytime.
    • Efficiency: Improved service delivery times in processing requests and applications.
    • Communication: Improved transparency between tenants and Peel Living with the status of service requests shared using email notification technologies.

    Getting started

To access the Peel Living tenant portal you will need to create an account. Only the main leaseholder can create an account. Your account will allow you to submit maintenance requests, check the status, and maintain clear communications with the Peel Living maintenance team. This is what you will need to set up your account:

    • Client number
    • Email address
    • Tenant date of birth

To make sure you have everything you need to create your portal account, a reminder letter with your client number will be mailed to the home address we have on file. Keep this information in a safe place as you will need it to complete the account registration process.

    Setting up your account

Register to access the Peel Living tenant portal

    1. Go to portal registration
    2. Enter your legal first and last name, email address, date of birth, and client number.
    3. Select send verification code.
    4. Check your email, then enter the code on the “create an account” page to continue.
    5. Confirm your email (look for a message from Peel Region).
    6. Create your password, select change password.
    7. You’re all set!

Signing into your Peel Living account

    1. Go to the Peel Region account homepage.
    2. Enter your email, select sign in.
    3. Check your email for a 6-digit code.
    4. Enter the code to access your account.

    Troubleshooting

If you didn’t get the confirmation email:

    • Check your spam or junk folder.
    • Wait 5 minutes, then try again by selecting the “resend verification code” option.
    • Use the same email you used to register.

If the email address you entered was already used to register for an account, you will need to contact 905-790-7335 for assistance.
