Years ago, Seniors Services, comprised of the Long Term Care and Seniors Services Development divisions, developed a joint Strategic Plan to help us stay focused on priorities as we support a fast-growing seniors’ population with increasingly complex care needs.
We recently launched our updated Strategic Plan, based on input from residents, clients, families, caregivers, and staff through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
The plan outlines our vision, mission, and strategic goals, ensuring we set a clear destination, map the right course, and stay on course in lockstep with Public Health and Paramedic Services.
