Project 25-1340 D – January 28, 2026 update
Streets affected: Salisbury Circle
Field investigation notice
As part of the Flow | Central Brampton Program, Peel Region is planning future improvement of the watermain system in your area. Watermains are underground pipes that bring tap water from our water treatment facility to your neighbourhood. As pipes age and our population grows, we need to replace them to provide you with high quality water. View attached map.
We will be in your neighbourhood conducting field investigations along Salisbury Circle.
- We will survey your street and use temporary spray paint or flags on roads, driveways, and lawns to locate underground gas, hydro, and cable.
- We may drill holes in the road or municipal right-of-way to collect soil samples, determine ground conditions, or confirm utility locations. The municipal right-of-way includes the street and the municipal-owned land between the street and the water service box, a small, round, metal valve located outside on the property line between your home or business and the road.
- We will take pictures and videos to help restore the area as close as possible to its former condition, after construction takes place.
We expect these activities to take place between mid-February and June 2026.
Consultant working hours
The work will be completed by multiVIEW Locates Inc. (multiVIEW) under contract to Peel Region. Working hours are from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday. These hours are consistent with local municipal bylaws.
Traffic impacts
There may be minor traffic disruptions during these activities. If this is needed, we will place signs giving directions.
