Project 24-2300 D
Street affected: Various streets
Construction work in your area
Peel Region will be rehabilitating the sanitary sewers on various streets in Peel Region. Sanitary sewers are underground pipes that carry wastewater from your home or business to a water resource recovery facility. Wastewater is created when water goes down a drain or toilet.
Construction schedule
Construction is planned to start Spring 2026 and finish by Winter 2026. These dates may change due to weather and other unexpected events.
Construction working hours
The work will be completed by PipeFlo Contracting Corp. under contract to Peel Region. Working hours are from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday. These hours are consistent with local municipal bylaws and help shorten the amount of time construction is in your area. This work will be completed underground and will not require digging trenches.
Traffic and parking
We may need to temporarily reduce traffic to a single lane. If this is needed, we will place signs giving directions. On-street parking will be reduced when we are working on.
Construction safety
Construction zones require extra caution to keep everyone safe. Be aware of your surroundings when driving, walking, or biking near the construction area. Watch for construction crews and other road users, slow down, and consider other routes. Learn more about how to stay safe in construction zones.
