Temporary traffic impacts
Peel Region has been installing a new sanitary sewer along Attmar Drive at Ebenezer Road. At this stage, an additional temporary lane closure will be required to complete this work.
Traffic impacts
- Ebenezer Road (east bound) will be closed to all through traffic from Attmar Drive to Palleschi Drive. This closure will take place from September 22, 2026, until September 25, 2026. This road will be closed daily from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m.
- A detour route will be clearly marked with signs. Please see the attached map for the detour route. Access to homes and businesses will be maintained. No through traffic and on-street parking will be allowed.
- It will not be possible to turn right from Attmar Drive onto Ebenezer Road. These traffic restrictions will take place weekdays from September 22, 2026, until September 25, 2026, between 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. During this time, traffic will be directed by police officers or flag persons. The onsite contractor will guide emergency service vehicles and school buses through the closure.
