Project 19-2410 April 10, 2025 update on Ninth Line

Sanitary sewer relining and maintenance hole rehabilitation

Previous notices

Peel Region has been working in your neighbourhood to rehabilitate the existing sanitary sewer system and maintenance holes (commonly called manholes) along Ninth Line. This work is required to maintain and improve existing wastewater services.

Traffic impacts

Temporary Road closures on Ninth Line at the following locations have been updated as follows:

April 21 to April 23, 2025

April 23 to May 16, 2025

  • Deepwood Heights will be closed to all through traffic at Ninth Line.
  • Talias Crescent will be closed to all through traffic from 3883 Talias Crescent to 3859 Talias Crescent. Residents who live on Talias Crescent will have access to their homes.
  • Janice Drive will be closed to all through traffic at Ninth Line.
  • Henrietta Way will be closed to all through traffic at Ninth Line.
  • Maps of Deepwood Heights, Talias Crescent, Janice Drive, and Henrietta Way road closures

A detour route will be clearly marked with road signs.
