Project: 19-1172 – March 4, 2025 update
Streets affected: Clarkway Drive
Peel Region has been working in your neighbourhood to install a new watermain along Clarkway Drive. This work is required to maintain and improve existing water services.
At this stage in the project, a road closure will be required during the watermain construction to complete this project.
Construction is scheduled to commence at the beginning of April 2025 and be completed by Fall 2025, weather permitting.
The work involves an installation of a new watermain, water valves and roadway restoration. In order to complete these works a full road closure will be required.

- Local Access Only signs will be posted on Castlemore Road and Countryside Drive.
- Detour signs will be posted to facilitate driving experience.
- There will be NO through traffic on Clarkway Drive between Castlemore Road and Countryside Drive during the construction duration.
- Residential access will be granted at all times.
- Waste and Recycling will be picked up by the contractor and moved to a central pick up location. Please ensure all receptacles have your address clearly noted in waterproof marker.
