RE: BICP Business Survey for Watermain Replacement Project # 19-1156

Dear Sir/Madam,

Peel Region has retained R.V Anderson Associates Limited to provide engineering, design and construction management services for the upcoming watermain replacement project on Main Street and Church Street.

This work is expected to commence in Spring 2026 and will involve replacing the existing watermain from Church Street to Vodden Street on Main Street North and from Main Street North to Thomas Street on Church Street West including water services up to the property line. As part of the planning and stakeholder engagement process, site representatives have visited your premises on several occasions and delivered a business survey in relation to the upcoming construction in your area. The purpose of this survey is to gather information related to your hours of operation, access requirements, water usage, and any other considerations that may be affected by this project.

To date, we have not received a response to the survey. Your feedback is an important part of the planning process and allows the construction team to take reasonable measures, where possible, to minimize disruption during construction activities. We kindly request that you contact the Field Ambassador listed below to complete the business survey no later than Thursday February 5, 2026.

Please note that failure to participate in the survey by the stated deadline will result in construction activities proceeding as scheduled without your input. While our construction team will make reasonable efforts to accommodate business operations, uninterrupted service and access cannot be guaranteed without receiving your feedback.

We appreciate your cooperation and value your input as Peel Region works to complete essential infrastructure upgrades while minimizing impacts to the business community.
