Project 18-1169 January 13, 2025 update

Streets affected: McVean Drive and Ebenezer Road Intersection

Peel Region has been working in your neighbourhood to install watermains and sanitary sewer pipes along Queen Street East. This work is required to maintain and improve existing water and wastewater services.

At this stage in the project, temporary lane reductions will be required from Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at 7 a.m. to Friday, January 17, 2025 at 5 p.m. as follows:

• Northbound McVean Drive will be reduced to one lane between Queen Streat East and Ebenezer Road
• Westbound Ebenezer Road will be reduced to two lanes.
• Eastbound Ebenezer will be diverted around the work area.
• The Brampton Transit bus stops in this area will not be affected due to this work.
• A paid-duty officer will be present to aid with pedestrian movements during working hours.
• Digital road signs will remain in place throughout the work and will be updated accordingly.
