Construction schedule

• Construction Start: October 20, 2025 - Finish: October 22, 2025 (weather permitting)
• Incomplete works caused by weather will be moved to the following day.

Working hours

• Pacific Paving Ltd. has been contracted to complete the work on the Region’s behalf.
• Hours of operation are from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Expect some traffic delays during these hours.

Traffic control

• The project will be phased to minimize traffic disruption while maintaining a safe working environment as required under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• One lane in each direction will be maintained whenever possible. Should a lane per direction not be possible, traffic will be reduced to a single lane of traffic. Traffic will be safely managed by on-site flag person and/or temporary traffic signals at all times.
• Use caution when travelling through the work zone.
• Emergency access will be maintained at all times.

Driveway access

• We will maintain driveway access as much as possible and if we need to block your driveway for a short time, you will be contacted to arrange for the best time.
• We will make sure businesses have access at all times.
