Property information request
Request a search for a property inspected by Peel Public Health.
You can ask for a file search on a property you’re considering buying, to determine if you’ll be inheriting any issues of non-compliance with public health related legislation (for example: outstanding work orders, tobacco sales offence convictions). Non-compliance could affect, for example, your ability to sell tobacco.
Prospective buyers of tobacco retail dealer premises are strongly encouraged to contact Peel Public Health to confirm premises conviction history. For full details refer to tobacco sales offences and automatic prohibition.
