Order tobacco and vapour product retailer signs
As a retailer, you must post signs if you sell tobacco and vapour products. You can order signs from Peel Public Health.
If you sell tobacco and vapour products in Ontario, you must follow the rules in the Smoke-Free Ontario Act, 2017.

Must be a tobacco and vapour product retailer in Peel Region.
What you need
- Review the rules for selling tobacco and vapour products for sign requirements.
- Provide name of business.
- Provide mailing address.
- Details of the type of sign you want.
- Details of how many signs you want.
Fees
There is no fee.
How to order
- Email or call Peel Public Health.
- You can also download signs to print and post.
Businesses must also post signs to indicate where people cannot smoke or vape cannabis or tobacco. Order no smoking, no vaping signs.
