You can register as a specialty vape store with Peel Public Health. To learn the definition of a specialty vape store, and the conditions to be registered refer to rules for selling vapour products.
The Smoke-Free Ontario Act, 2017 allows registered specialty vape stores to display, promote and test vapour products.
