Register as a tobacconist
You can register as a tobacconist with Peel Public Health. To learn the definition of a tobacconist, and the conditions to be registered refer to rules for being a tobacconist.
The Smoke-Free Ontario Act, 2017 allows tobacconists registered with Peel Public Health to display and promote specialty tobacco products in their store under certain conditions.

Must own or plan to own a tobacconist store in Peel Region.
What you need
- Review the tobacconist guideline.
- Completed tobacconist registration form.
- Provide a phone number or email address.
Fees
There is no fee.
